Field trips are extensions of the monthly learning units. Trips include visits to the Transit Museum, Museum of Natural History, the Aquarium and to the Botanical Gardens.

Neighborhood walks help to familiarize the children of the neighborhood in which they live with the focus on identifying community helpers and practicing pedestrian safety rules.
